One of my favorite spots in Copenhagen, Denmark serves a fabulous brunch consisting of small plates, a bit like tapas. I adore that little-bit-of-this, little-bit-of-that way of eating, and it's my source of inspiration for my Scandinavian brunch events. Some of the dishes will be savory, others will be sweet, and all are made in the spirit of my forthcoming restaurant Kantine: simple, chockfull of flavors, and made from the best local ingredients.
This is my fifth time hosting a Copenhagen brunch pop-up. It consists of one glorious course, composed of at least five small plates, bottomless coffee or tea, and optional sparkling wine.
