A new year has begun, and we are thrilled to tell you about our first pop-ups of 2017!

We came home from Denmark just a few days ago after having visited with friends and family for the holidays. Whenever we are in Copenhagen, we make a point of stopping by some of our favorite eateries, one of which is the porridge bar called Grød (the Danish word for porridge). The porridges we ate were delicious, and they reminded us that a wonderful meal can be as simple, satisfying, comforting and inspiring as a single bowl (or two!) full of really good ingredients.
Anyone who has been to our past brunches knows that we ADORE porridge, and it will certainly be on the menu at our upcoming brick and mortar restaurant. So it only seemed fitting to dedicate two of our February brunches to porridge and all its glory.
We're calling the events "Nordic Porridge* Brunch," and the dates are February 5 (see below) and February 25 (click here). As in the past, both brunches will be held at the Tradesman in the Mission.
Something new this time around, we'll be staggering our reservations, so that you can choose the arrival time that works best for you. Each reservation secures your table for 1 1/2 hours.
