With three memorable brunches down, we only have one dinner to go before we bid farewell to 2016.
We're calling our last pop-up of the year "Scandinavian Winter Dinner" and it will be a four-course meal with accompanying wine menu.
It takes place at the Tradesman on Tuesday, December 6th at 6:00pm.
Chef Nichole Accettola says:
"For anyone who has survived winter in Scandinavia, one knows that the temperatures can be frigid, the hours of daylight are few, and the best way to deal with it all, is to discover the upsides of the season.
When I lived in Copenhagen, wintertime meant essentially two things: The start of the ice swimming season and the return of simple, flavorful comfort food.
That wondrous wintertime fare is my reason for wanting to host a special event filled with good food, good wine and good people."
